About The Nerve & Joint Pain Desk
The Nerve & Joint Pain Desk is a publication about nerve, joint and muscle pain, and about what helps people move and recover. It covers sore and stiff joints, nerve tingling and burning, back and neck pain, recovery after injury, and the supplements and home remedies people ask about, read against the published research. It is for adults living with pain, and the people helping them, who want plain answers before they buy or try something. We are a publication, not a clinic or a practice: we do not examine, treat or give therapy, and nothing on this site is medical advice. This web address once belonged to KIMA Center for Physiotherapy and Wellness, a physical therapy practice. We are not that practice, we do not continue its services and we cannot answer for it.
Who we are
Behind this site are people who have spent more than twenty years in search and marketing research, and just as long as affiliates in the health and wellness world. Like many of you, we are wellness enthusiasts who love finding ways to feel better in our own bodies. We are not doctors. We do not claim medical expertise, and we never try to. We have seen how overwhelming this industry can feel from the inside, and how hard it is to know what to trust.
How we work
We start by listening to what you are really asking, whether that is about a knee that aches on the stairs, tingling in your feet at night or an ingredient you cannot pronounce. For each product or topic, we gather what the company itself says. Then we place it beside the newest published research and the things a shopper needs: what is in it and how much, what it costs and how refunds work, possible side effects, who it is and is not for, and other options to compare. We never tell you what to buy. You see the whole picture and a few doors to learn more, and you choose in your own time.
Fact-checking and how our articles are made
We draft our articles with the help of AI, working from cited primary sources. It helps us gather company statements, studies and shopper facts quickly and in a steady format. Then come the checks. Each factual claim is compared with the source it cites before we publish, and a separate review looks over the finished piece. We date each price and availability note with the day we last looked. Safety and medical statements are credited to their sources, not declared by us, and we never give diagnosis, dosing or treatment directions.
Who writes here
You will see "By The Nerve & Joint Pain Desk Editorial Team" on our articles. It speaks for the publication's team as a whole, not for a credentialed person. We do not name individuals, show portraits or list qualifications. A good habit, here and everywhere, is to read the sources behind a piece.
Corrections
If we have something wrong, send a note through the contact page. We will correct it and mention the update.
How we make money
When you buy through some of our links, we earn a commission. We share our own products and our partners' products in a more favourable light, and we like to be upfront about that. We will not mislead you to make a sale, and a disclosure appears on every page that carries such links.
Our goal is to end your search, so you can get back to moving well.
Who Publishes This Desk
The Nerve & Joint Pain Desk is owned and published by Readwell Media, a publishing company.
Some recommended products here are affiliate offers that may pay a commission after a sale, and each page shows when that happens. Who owns this desk and who earns a commission never changes the pain and movement guidance we publish. Send questions about who runs this desk to our contact page.
