The purpose of the meeting was to educate physicians and healthcare practitioners in evolving advanced acute and chronic pain management and providing a forum for participants to gain valuable understanding in evidence based techniques, treatments and solutions for patients suffering from acute and or chronic pain.
KIMA presented to MD’s from around the tristate area in techniques of therapeutic neuroscience education. We taught our 10 lessons in pain neurophysiology and help to spread the idea of treating from a bio-psychosocial approach.
