Health coaching can help to take individuals from where they currently are to where they want to be. Coaching can help you discover and implement changes that will work for you. Don’t be nervous or afraid that this process will involve steep and rapid change. Through health coaching, you can chose a pace and course of action that is right for you. And, even small changes can make a real difference!

He sits on the board of directors for the ATPS (Ancient Taoist Practice Society) of New York and has dedicated the last 16 years to the investigation of the new environmental factors that can cause or contribute to illness. Laura Calascione-Nguyen, FMCHC is the Founder of GlassFull Coaching™. Despite being dismissed by many leading medical professionals for over a year, she followed her instincts and kept searching for answers. Suffering with debilitating illness after toxic mold and chronic low-dose carbon monoxide exposures, she ultimately found a Functional Medicine Doctor who was able to put the pieces together and got her on the road to reclaiming her health.
Laura has become incredibly involved in the Functional Medicine and Environmental Acquired Illness community. As a motivational speaker, storyteller, advocate and overcomer, her patient story was featured in the Broken Brain 2 docu-series, hosted by Dr. Mark Hyman which premiered April 2019. As an affiliate member and volunteer, she attended the inaugural ISEAI conference in May of 2019, to support their efforts in raising awareness of environmentally acquired illness.
Despite navigating chronic low-dose carbon monoxide exposure, mold/mycotoxins, multiple chemical sensitivity, chronic inflammatory response, mast cell activation, Ehlers – Danlos postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, she continues to believe when you are able to maintain a positive perspective it is possible to overcome almost anything.
